Tina the Torch

This is one of my characters I played (and prolly will play again soon) on City of Heros. Iggy and Prog have a contest going that ends today, and I only found out about it a couple days ago. Excuse any minor screw ups as I was running short on time so prolly did a few boo boos I'm sure. These are actually her street clothes. I've got two more costumes I need to do, but I think I'll wait til I go log back in and see what kinda costume changes they've implemented since I've been gone
